Blake Cahill

Cahill has more than 17 years of executive management experiences leading marketing, sales, product management and customer-support organizations both domestically and internationally in a variety of technology, consumer and telecommunications companies including Visible Technologies, SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, AT&T, Belgacom, Qwest, SBC and ServiceMaster.com. Through these diverse experiences, he has witnessed what successfully drives businesses is “listening to the customer," which has led him to gain insights about the intersections of customer experience, brands and technology. Cahill holds bachelor's degrees in political science, history and business from Salve Regina University and is on the board of directors of the Word-of-Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) and the Online Reputation Management Association (ORMA).


Mala Sarat Chandra

Chandra is an entrepreneur and senior executive with global experience. She has a proven track record of innovation and accomplishments in telecom, mobile devices and enterprise industry segments. She has led business units with profit/loss responsibilities (intelligent/converged network/service delivery platform), development and delivery of commercially successful consumer products (Moto Razr), creating and orchestrating disruptive, industry-changing enterprise software platforms (J2EE). She has a reputation for strong technical acumen with the ability to create innovative system architectures, products and enterprise execution strategies designed to thrive in hyper-growth/hyper-competitive markets. Jeff Hora

Hora is a community manager for Microsoft Learning. In this role, he engages with and enables existing and potential members of the Contributor Community that publish courseware, perform technical reviews and provide ratings on the Microsoft Learning Courseware Library. He has been with Microsoft for more than 12 years. Before joining Microsoft Learning, he was a technology specialist in developer tools and was a consultant with Microsoft Services. He is completing his Master of Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington. He is retired from the U.S. Navy, as well as from years on the road as a professional musician. He is deeply interested in the “humanness” of the network information economy.


Samantha Moscheck

Moscheck is founder and principal of DigitalAid, Inc. She has developed Web sites and Web-based applications for nonprofit organizations and small businesses for 15 years and works primarily with open-source technologies. She specializes in helping organizations identify Web strategies that help them pursue their programs and in giving powerful content management tools and training to staff to help them gain control and confidence with managing their own sites with minimal technical expertise. She works primarily with sophisticated tools that have large global communities of contributing developers, and has specialized in working with Drupal CMS for the past six years. Among her clients are the City of Seattle, the Greater Seattle Business Association, the Center for Community Change, Power of Hope, Reclaim the Media, Partnership for Safety and Justice, and Social Justice Fund Northwest.


Mark Shea

Shea is owner and CEO of Atrua Inc., a newly formed company dedicated to in-home care for the elderly. This company will provide a social media presence allowing families, patients and caregivers an opportunity to identify resources, share experiences and ask questions. He worked for Microsoft for the past ten years. His most recent position was as a community evangelist in Microsoft Learning. He graduated with a Master of Communication in Digital Media at the University of Washington, and, in 2010, he taught the course Social Production for this program. Prior to working in IT, he was a parole officer in Washington state for 15 years. While in that role, he led a project that prototyped a kiosk reporting system for offenders.
